The ground and the facilities
The twenty stadium levels from a dirt pitch to 200,000, the ten levels of every facility, what they cost and what they do.
A new club starts with nothing: a dirt pitch with iron goals for about 100 people and no facilities at all. Everything else is built, one level at a time. Work is paid up front and is ready after a number of game weeks — a few for the first levels, up to twenty weeks for a world-class stadium — and the Stadium, Club and Finances screens show what is being built and when it opens. Clubs run by the game already have what their division usually has.

Prices follow the division where clubs usually have each level: the second level costs about 2,700, a regional ground with a 300-seat main stand about 17,000, a professional 18,000-seat ground about 210,000, and the last levels millions. A bigger ground lets your fan base grow past the ordinary crowd of your division, and every level adds 2% spend per head on match days — so even a small stand pays back at the foot of the pyramid.
The facilities: ten levels each
- Training Centre — from training on the match pitch to an elite campus. Player development +3% per level above the first (up to +27%).
- Youth Academy — from none to a reference academy. More prospects per intake and a higher potential roll.
- Medical Centre — from a first-aid bag to imaging and a laboratory. Injuries heal 4% faster per level above the first (up to 36%).
- Scouting Network — from clips on a phone to a worldwide network. From one to five scouting missions at a time.
- Analysis Centre — from a whiteboard to a data-science department. Match preparation +0.5% per level above the first (up to +4.5%).
A facility's second level costs about 1,400 and its last about 1.3M — the early levels are within reach of an amateur club, the last ones belong to the elite.
