ManageFC is a free-to-play football management game currently in Open Beta. Our team reads every message — player feedback has driven the development roadmap since day one. Email is best for formal matters (account, privacy, legal, business); Discord is fastest for quick questions and bug reports. If you are logged in, your in-game inbox handles all automated notifications from the simulation.

Pick the right channel for the right thing and you will hear back faster.

Account & authentication

Locked out of your account, OAuth conflicts (e.g. signed up with Google but now using Discord), lost 2FA, email change, suspected unauthorized access. Email us from the address linked to the account so we can verify ownership before any change.

Privacy & GDPR requests

Right of access, deletion, portability and rectification under the GDPR. Send the request from your account email and tell us which right you are exercising. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of categories of data we process.

Bug reports

Include steps to reproduce, your browser and OS, the affected save ID and sim_date if you know them, and a screenshot or short clip if visual. Reports on Discord #bugs are perfectly fine — they often get triaged faster than email.

Feature requests

We track every suggestion in a roadmap, but we do not commit to deadlines or guarantee implementation. Concrete, scoped ideas (“allow setting goalkeeper distribution per match”) land better than wishlists (“improve tactics”).

Business, press & partnerships

Interviews, podcasts, press kit requests, integrations, partnership proposals, sponsorship inquiries. Please include your outlet/company and a short summary of what you have in mind. We do not pay for coverage and we do not run sponsored reviews.

Payments & refunds

All paid features are disabled during Open Beta. If you somehow have a charge from ManageFC, it is almost certainly a test transaction — email us with the Stripe receipt and we will investigate within 24 hours.

🚫 What we do not respond to

Saves us all some time. Messages in these categories are deleted unread.

Cheat / boost requests
No XP grants, no money injections, no skipping bans. Manual grants only via our admin tooling for genuine support cases.
Selling MFC Coin or accounts
Real-money trading of in-game currency or account transfers is against the Rules and grounds for permanent ban.
Cold sales & SEO outreach
We do not buy backlinks, guest posts, SaaS tools we did not ask about, or “marketing audits”.
Real-world player names
ManageFC uses procedurally generated players and clubs by design. We will not add real names or licensed kits.

All data processing is handled in line with the GDPR — see our Privacy Policy for retention periods, lawful bases and your rights. We do not operate a physical mailing address; for legal service of process, formal notices and any regulatory correspondence please email support@managefc.com with the subject prefix [Legal] and we will route it appropriately within 5 business days.
