๐ Common issues
These are the eight issues we see most often. Each card explains what is happening and what to try first. If the suggested fix does not resolve it, file a ticket below and quote the issue title so we can route your message to the right person.
I can't sign in
Start with the password reset flow on the login page. If you signed up with Discord or Google OAuth, use the same provider โ mixing email/password with OAuth on the same email is the most common cause. If you enabled 2FA and lost your authenticator, email support@managefc.com from the address on file and we will verify ownership before resetting.
My save isn't generating
Save creation runs in two phases. The first phase finishes in about 15 seconds and flips your save to active at 50%. The remaining leagues, cups and fixtures generate in the background and can take several minutes. If the saves page still shows a stuck job after 10 minutes, refresh once โ workers recover stale jobs automatically โ and only then open a ticket.
Time skip is stuck
Each save allows exactly one active tick job at a time. If a previous skip was cancelled or crashed, wait two minutes and try again โ the worker reclaims abandoned jobs. Time skips are capped at 365 days per request. If the queue page shows your job as failed, retry from the same screen or contact support with the job ID.
I lost MFC Coin
Every wallet movement is logged in your audit trail at /game/wallet. Open the trail first to confirm whether the coins were spent on a transaction you do not remember. During open beta, purchases are disabled and Stripe runs in test mode, so any unexpected balance change should be reported with a screenshot of the trail to support@managefc.com.
Discord OAuth fails
Clear your browser cookies for managefc.com and discord.com, disable any tracker-blocking extensions for one attempt and try again. If the error persists, fall back to email and password registration โ you can link Discord later from /game/settings. Strict privacy modes in Safari and Firefox are the usual culprits.
I want to delete my account
You have the right to deletion under GDPR. Email support@managefc.com from the address on file with the subject 'Account deletion request'. We confirm identity, queue the deletion within five working days and purge personal data immediately. Game-side artefacts (anonymous match logs, leaderboard records) are retained for up to twelve months and then erased.
Payment didn't go through
Payments are disabled during open beta. The wallet page shows a beta modal instead of a Stripe checkout, and no card is ever charged. When we activate paid plans (solo unlock and โฌ1/save multi), Stripe will return real receipts and refund flows. If you see a test charge on a real card statement, screenshot it and email support โ it should not happen, but we will investigate.
I found a bug
The fastest channel is the #bugs Discord room โ drop a description, screenshot or short clip and the team will triage it live. For complex reproductions or anything tied to your account, use the form below with the 'Bug' category. Include your browser, the affected save ID and the in-game sim_date when it happened.
