Loot boxes โ Shop, drop rates and geo-block
Loot box mechanics, transparent disclosure, pity system and where they are not available.
Loot boxes in the ManageFC Shop bundle a randomised set of purely cosmetic items. They never contain attributes, players, training boosts, MFC Coin shortcuts or any gameplay advantage. The contents are visuals: kits, badges, banner art, profile flair and Eternal Card chances.
Transparent disclosure
Every loot box in the Shop lists its full contents pool and exact drop rates per rarity tier before purchase. You must confirm you've read the disclosure before the purchase completes (the confirmation parameter is required server-side). We don't hide odds and we don't reshuffle them quietly.
Geo-block
Loot box purchases are blocked in Belgium and the Netherlandsby law. Users registered in those countries see the rest of the Shop normally but can't complete loot box transactions. The Anti-Ad Box (a separate one-off purchase for users who want to remove ads) is exempt from the geo-block because it is a direct entitlement, not a randomised bundle.
Pity system
To avoid extreme dry streaks, loot boxes use a pity system. After a configurable number of openings without an Epic or higher drop, the next box is guaranteed to upgrade its highest-rarity slot. This is published per box type. The pity counter is account-wide, not per session.
Open Beta status
During Open Beta, all payments are disabled. Loot boxes are present in the Shop as design preview but cannot be purchased with real money. Free-earning paths still award occasional boxes โ daily milestones, event participation. When payments enable post-beta, the same rates and disclosure apply.
Spending responsibly
We don't use FOMO, fake scarcity or time-limited exclusives to push purchases. The Open Beta banner reminds everyone that payments are disabled. When payments enable, we'll add spend caps and account-level alerts. The point of ManageFC is the game, not the Shop.
