How to report a bug

Thank you for helping. A good report lets us find the problem quickly. Please include:

• What happened — and what you expected to happen instead.
• Where — the page or screen, and what you clicked just before.
• When — roughly the time, and the in-game date of your save.
• Your device — phone or computer, and the browser.
• A screenshot helps a lot if you can describe what is on it.

One problem per topic, please. If you see the same problem already reported, add a reply to it instead — knowing it happens to more people helps too.
